How do I cancel my order?

We only ship to the US, Canada and Mexico from us.wearechief.com. We ship selected products worldwide from our Australian website wearechief.com

Do you offer replacements or refunds?

How do I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to change your order details including your delivery address. We can usually redirect your delivery even after it's left us if we catch it in time. If we don't, we can always work with you to solve the problem. S

I placed an order but didn't receive an email confirmation?

I qualify for free shipping but when I go to pay it's charging a shipping fee?

There are a few reasons you can qualify for free shipping but still get charged shipping. For example, if you have a coupon code that brings your order under the free shipping threshold, or when combining one time orders with subscription/autoship or

Can I add one time orders to my subscription/autoship?

Yes! The best way to do this is via your account as it will allow you to add one time orders without charging you shipping. If you're subscribing for the first time, you will qualify for free shipping but this may not be applied to one time orders. I

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over US$60, or for any subscription/autoship order.

When will you be back in stock?

As soon as we have a firm delivery date, we will make products available for pre-order. If a product is not on pre-order, then chances are we either don't have a firm delivery date yet, or the delivery date is too far in the future.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

If we haven't shipped an order it may be because you ordered a product on presale (apologies if so and it wasn't clear enough!), or perhaps there's another issue that we need to look into for you. Please message us so we can look into it for you.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?

If you've placed multiple orders and they haven't shipped yet, we may be able to edit your order to combine them and get the appropriate refund on your shipping.

If I order a product on pre-sale, can I get my in-stock products sent now?
